Online registration is now open for returning and new football players and cheerleaders. Onsite registration will begin May 3 at the Live Oak Civic Center. Here are a few items to remember.
Online registration is now open for returning and new football players and cheerleaders. Onsite registration will begin May 3 at the Live Oak Civic Center. Here are a few items to remember.
| · | Online registration requires a deposit or full payment plus a $5.00 online processing fee. |
| · | You must visit our onsite location beginning May 3 to fill out an official TYFA registration form and bring one copy of either the players birth certificate, state approved I.D card or military dependent I.D. card. |
| · | Sometime during the month of August each player will need to be certified. You will need the players original birth certificate, state approved I.D. card or military dependent I.D. card to show proof of age. |
| · | Monday July 28 will be the first day of practice. Practice will be Mon - Fri 6:00pm - 8:00pm until school starts. Normal practice days will be Tue, Wed, and Thu 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Days and times are subject to change. |
